We provide outstanding person-centred care to the people we support, enabling them to live the lives they choose.

We have four homes in the Folkestone area and are looking for passionate and committed full-time care assistants to join our team.

Working as a Support Worker can be fulfilling, fun, challenging and full of variety. You will play an essential role in continuing to make our service a success whilst benefitting from excellent support.

Working an average of 31.5 hours per week on a rota basis – 4 days on 4 days off basis.

 

OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION

Care experience is not essential as we offer a full induction and regular training to equip you with the skills and confidence to carry out your role, as well as regular training and support throughout your career with us.

Must be 18 and over due to night working

Positions are subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS.
