We provide outstanding person-centred care to the people we support, enabling them to live the lives they choose.

We have four homes in the Folkestone area and are looking for passionate and committed full-time Team Leaders to join our team.

The applicant will oversee and support staff in meeting the needs of our residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual while promoting independence and well-being at all times.

Assist residents who need help with dressing and undressing, bathing and toileting and help in the day to day running of the home.
Administer medication, support the control and storage of medicines. To Monitor and record medicine refrigerator temperature. To manage and ensure the shift runs smoothly.

To read and write reports, and to participate in staff and service users’ meetings as appropriate.

Act in a way that is in the resident’s best interests at all times, both physically and emotionally.

Working an average of 35 hours per week on a rota basis – 7 days on 3 days off basis

Team leaders must hold an NVQ qualification.
